Chef Rob’s Cove Cafe and Pool
The Cortlandt Yacht Club would like to announce that Chef Rob, Rob Del Balzo, will be the Cafe’ and Pool operator for the 2024 Season.
Chef Rob has over 30 years experience in the Restaurant, Catering and Food Truck industry and has been featured
on Fox News and The Food Network for his innovative food techniques.
Chef Rob is planning to host many functions throughout the year and with the help of one of our
long time members operating the pool, you will be able to enjoy everything CYC has to offer.
